Our Benefits
Unlimited Holidays
At Makers, we want our team to take the time off they need to recharge, have a good balance in their lives, and do their best work. Therefore, we have a minimum holiday policy rather than a maximum, and encourage you to take at least 25 days of holiday per calendar year. Plus the UK bank holidays. 
Summer & Winter Break
Each year Makers closes for a week in June / July and for two weeks at the end of December into early January across Christmas and New Years. The whole company takes a break, so you’ll have peace of mind in knowing that nobody is working, not just you. This break is fully paid for employees, and is on top of your unlimited holiday allowance.
Enhanced Wellness & Sickness Leave

Daily Meditation
Taking care of yourself is an important aspect of wellbeing and professional development — which we take very seriously at Makers. That’s why we run daily meditation sessions at 9:00am with our wonderful Chief Joy Officer, for both staff and students
